As Chief Technology Officer at SecureCloud, Raphael Ernst is responsible for the technical functions and processes of the company.

This includes system administration, IT security, availability and performance.

Raphael is specialized in the fields of high availability and cluster architectures in the e-commerce sector and has been an authorized signatory at SecureCloud since 2022.

Marcus Müller

CEO & Founder

Marcus Müller is the founder and CEO of SecureCloud. He is a member of Bitkom and is responsible in particular for corporate strategy and customer acquisition.

SecureCloud has been offering encrypted cloud data storage with data centers and company headquarters in Germany since 2014.

Today, the company has over 6,000 customers, including the German Federal Ministry of Health. With products such as the SecureSign e-signature tool, SecureCloud is a leading providers of secure cloud storage for companies and public authorities.

CMO

Sebastian Zelada Ocampo is Chief Marketing Officer at SecureCloud and responsible for communications, marketing and press relations.

After many years as an editor for major regional and national daily newspapers and magazines, he switched to PR and marketing in 2018 and has held a management position at SecureCloud since August 2023, where he is among other things responsible for the brand relaunch and trade fair activities.

We operate our systems in the various data centers of noris network AG in Nuremberg. The data centers are classified as high-security data centers, which are very energy efficient, are certified many times and are considered safe for operating even banking business. In addition, the data centers also meet the requirements of supervisory authorities, in particular Bafin, the ECB, the BSI and the “KRITIS Bund” platform.
